Find out about the classes available, find your perfect fit.

Classes available in mixed groups for beginners, intermediate and advanced students, all are welcome.

General information

Classes are run as courses; either an introductory workshop or 1-2-1 session will need to be completed before joining a class. Payment for the course will need to be received before or at your first class. Payment will not be refunded for missed classes; however you will be given the opportunity to make up your missed session at another class.

What to wear
Comfortable clothing that allows movement. You can work in socks or bare feet.

What to bring
You will need a mat the (suggested thickness is 15mm) and you may wish to bring a bottle of water with you especially in the summer months.

Class costs
Classes are generally run as a 6 week course at a cost of £55.50, Assessment sessions are £20.00 and Private 1-2-1 sessions are £30.00.

How to pay
Classes are payable by bank transfer or by cash at your first class.

The Classes

Beginner Classes
Ideal for those with no or little Pilates experience to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and set the foundations for the next levels.

Intermediate Classes
Ideal for those with some Pilates experience looking to work a little deeper with a bit more challenge.

Advanced Classes
Every third week of the term ​the pace of the class is stepped up as we focus on a Pilates / Cardio / Fitness combination​ workout.​ The rest of the weeks we focus on classical Pilates​ at a slighty higher level than the intermediate classes.​ So a good all rounder!

Booty Barre
An energetic fun class taking elements of barre work pilates fitness yoga and matwork.

​The class will start with a warm up then an arm workout with weights followed with a barre work inter disbursed with short cardio work outs finishing with a mat workout.

The arm workout will sculpt and tone the arms the barre workout works on toning and sculpting the legs thighs and buttock area. The mat work focuses on the abdominal muscles.

This class may not be suitable for some knee issues - but you can call me to discuss if this is a concern.​
